History:
Her name was Annie and Annie loved Pokemon. She was a short girl, fasinated with anything and everything that the world had to show. She grew up in Kanto, happily helping with the DayCare center  near her home in Cerulean, but she had heard news of a new region in called Unova and she dreamed of visiting the distant place. She had no pokemon of her own as she was only sixteen, but not quite up for the physical challanges that came with training and traveling with Pokemon. Her life was normal and uneventful as she went though school and managed to squeeze in two years of collage before her dreams came true. Her mother and father supprised Annie when she came home for break with a plane ticket- a plane ticket to Unova!

Annie was thrilled and was soon on the trip of her dreams to an uknown region. When she got there, it was so new! So strange! The pokemon were all so foreign and the people all so friendly! Annie loved it. She soon began studying the pokemon there and found herself drawn to two species in particular: Joltik and Blitzle. The two electric types were amazing in battle and Annie suddenly knew that she wanted to be a pokemon trainer with those two at her side. She could even bring them home and keep them for after she finished school and maybe she would have the stamina for a pokemon journey. 

Annie had only a few more days left until she had to return back to her Kanto home, so she quickly set off to catch the first of the two at Chargestone Cave. She had not been in there for five minutes when she found a Joltik feeding on electricity from a floating rock. Annie quickly reached into her bag to send put a pokeball and catch it, but she got side tracked. There was an oddly colored spherical orb in her bag. Annie picked the smooth thing up in her fingers to regaurd it. She had never seen it before and she knew no one in Unova: who had put it into her bag?

But suddenly it began to glow! Annie cried out in fright but blacked out. When she woke up, she was in a strange new world.... And she was part Joltik.

User notes: 
-Kind of abandoned her human name for Joltik as she thinks that it is the coolest thing ever to go around with the name of a pokemon
-Very short lulz
-Carries the wire/cord around with her everywhere and is almost always chewing on the end or sucking on it. It is like her security blanket
-She has a very soft, quiet femanin voice and may come off as harmless, but she will not hesitate to take someone down
-Can actually climb walls and other things if she removes her gloves and uses her bare hands, but does not like to resort to that
-Rarely removes her gloves
-Actually went to school, and even two years of collage, so she is extremely smart and cunning, but lacks leadership skills and ends up making wrong sldecisioms without someone second in command to guid her
-Taught herself Wild Charge after she found it on the ground near Town Square
