History: Plague began as an Eevee who grew up in the region of Johto. His family shunned and hated him, and eventually made him an outcast. He wandered alone for a long time. Through an unfortunate incident with an Onix, he was rescued by a human known as Toluca Bering. This led to a close friendship, but it was ill-fated. Through a terrible epidemic that spread throughout the regions, ravaging the land. They were attacked by a flock of infected Murkrow, where he was badly torn up. In a last desperate effort, he used a Shadow ball and killed the leader Honhkrow, scaring the others away. But he was dying. The virus that infected the strange birds had found its way into his bloodstream and infected him as well.
But just as he was about to pass, he transformed, evolving into an oddly-colored Umbreon. This transformation altered his DNA enough to meld with the virus enough to make him immune to it, but it altered his ring color, as well as his mental state.

He was separated from Tullie and her team, and never stopped looking for her.
During his effort to find Tullie and survive the epidemic, he encountered a strange orb that teleported him to a strange place. When he woke up, he was partially human and in a place he had never seen before.

User notes:
- He wears his mask still, and rarely shows anyone his face. It's terribly disfigured and scarred.
- He has scars covering his arms and chest. He covers the scars on his arms with cloth wrapping.
- The pendant he wears was a gift from Tullie, it's very precious to him.
- He can become violent, due to his mental instability and the virus affecting his brain.
- When he sleeps, he has terrible nightmares and can become violent and dangerous in his sleep. Again, this is the virus taking over in a more passive fashion. He often hurts himself unintentionally in his sleep.
- His eyes are red, and glow when he is emotional, as do his rings.
